Comet address the need for higher alpha hops.  It flavor has strong accents of grapefruit.  While it is used for bittering, it can also be used as a dry hop.

This hop has a strong and distinctive pine-like aroma and flavor.  There is also a somewhat spicy with mild fruitiness.  

Is the triploid daughter of Perle.  Introduced in 2013, it has a pleasant mellow aroma with notes of orange-citrus, orange rind/zest, melon, resin, spicy and slight pepper.  

Is a public variety released by the USDA in collaboration with pacific Northwest growers in 2019.  It evolved from crosses utilizing Nugget, Brewers Gold, East Kent Goldings and Hallertau Mittelfuh.  

 This is the most recent release from the USD public breeding program.  Vista is a result of 2006 open pollinated cross by Dr. John Henning between a tetraploid Perle Female and unknown diploid aile.  The result is Vista, a vigorous plant with unique aroma characteristics.
